We are seeking a skilled and versatile Musician to join our team for technical arts productions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to perform and compose music that enhances the visual and emotional impact of multimedia projects.

Responsibilities:

• Music Composition: Compose original music and soundtracks for technical arts productions, including films, animations, and multimedia presentations.
• Instrumental Performance: Perform live music and recordings using a variety of instruments to create desired musical effects and atmospheres.
• Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and multimedia artists to understand project requirements and create music that aligns with the artistic vision.
• Sound Design: Develop soundscapes and effects that complement visual elements and enhance storytelling.
• Recording and Mixing: Record, edit, and mix music and soundtracks using digital audio workstations (DAWs) and audio editing software.
• Live Performances: Prepare and perform music live for events, screenings, or performances associated with technical arts productions.
• Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback and make revisions to music compositions and performances as needed throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a musician, composer, or sound designer for technical arts productions is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in music composition, instrumental performance, and sound design. Familiarity with DAWs and audio editing software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
• Creativity: Ability to create original and innovative music that enhances visual storytelling.
